...when you're wasting time on Facebook.
So you may have noticed that I've been MIA when it comes to updating the blog (other than regular updates with regards to my eBay auctions, that is). That's due to a combination of being super busy with my day job (and I fear it's only going to get busier, as I will probably be taking on more hours in the not too distant future), making beads, and a lot of time wasted on Facebook. I signed up for a Facebook account ages ago, but never really bothered doing anything with it. That is until Sarah Hornik mentioned how addicted she had become to it, and I decided to check it out further.
Well, needless to say that since then, I've been spending a LOT of my spare time there. I'm having lots of fun sending electronic gifts to people, playing games and finding old, and new, friends. It is seriously addictive. Anyway, if you're on Facebook, make sure to look me up and add me to your friends - I promise not to bother you TOO much! :-)
On to other things. DH Russ & I are taking a week off work at the end of the month, and we made the decision to go away for a few nights. We've decided to stay at Sambar Park, a 40+ square house in the Howqua Valley. We'll have the whole house to ourselves for almost 5 days, with nothing to look forward to but leisurely drives around the countryside, visits to wineries, catching up on our reading, and relaxing in the hot tub. If the property is even half as nice as it looks on the website, we're in for a wonderful time.
We head off on 29 October and won't be back home until 2 November. Of course, while we're away, I won't have any auctions running, but there's still plenty of time in between now and then to offer you a few more sets. Of course, how I'm going to survive 4 or 5 days without Facebook I haven't as yet worked out LOL.
Well, that's about all the news I have to share with you just for the moment. Thanks for stopping by, and I'll see you again soon - and remember to stop by Facebook to say howdy! :-)
